How to deposit

The minimum deposit is €20 whatever the method, and the casino adds no fees. Visa and Mastercard are the quickest option for many, but remember that cards can only be used for deposits – you'll need to choose another method when you withdraw.

How withdrawals work at Winoly Casino

A withdrawal goes through three stages: verification, processing and the payout itself. You only need to verify once, before your first withdrawal. After that, requests are processed on weekdays.

The minimum withdrawal is €10 by bank transfer, €20 with most other methods and €50 in crypto. You can have up to three withdrawals pending at once.

   Before your first withdrawal you upload ID, proof of address and proof of payment method – in your account or by email. Allow 1–5 days.

   Withdrawals are approved Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3), not in the evenings or at weekends. The pending period is 1–5 days, and you can have no more than three withdrawals pending at once.

   Once the withdrawal is approved, e-wallet and crypto payouts usually land within 24 hours, while bank transfers take 1–7 days.

Verification: what you'll need

Before you can withdraw for the first time, the casino needs to confirm who you are. You upload the documents in your account or send them by email. Allow 1–5 days for the check.

Ideally, do this right after you sign up. That way your account is ready when you want to withdraw, and you won't have to wait extra for your first win.

How to get your money faster

You can't influence the processing time, but you can avoid unnecessary delays:

• Verify your account early, ideally before your first deposit.
• Choose an e-wallet or crypto – they're fastest after approval.
• Request withdrawals early on a weekday, within 09:00–18:00 (GMT+3).
• Avoid Friday evenings – the withdrawal will then sit over the weekend.
• Use the same method for deposits and withdrawals whenever possible.
